Our three-month promise on permanent staff
In the unlikely event that the person that we have introduced proves unable to do the job effectively during the first three months following the date of commencement in the position and you decide not to retain the chosen candidate, you will be entitled to a like-for-like replacement candidate without further charge. (*Subject to our full terms and conditions available on request)
Our Fees
- We work on an exclusive basis with a fee structure agreed upfront.
- Fees are either a percentage of annual remuneration or can be a fixed fee.
- Assignments we take on all receive the same high standard of bespoke, personal service.
- Fees are invoiced upon commencement of the candidate in the role.
